I was very pleased with the way Kent handled the sale of my house in Ahwatukee and the purchase of my new home in Anthem. Kent, when asked, presented good advise on accepting contracts on the sale and on continuing negotiations. On the purchase of a new home, he was extremely patient and never pressured me into making a decision. We previewed many homes on several different days. When I decided on the house to purchase, he followed through on all the details and kept me informed on a daily basis. Phone calls and e-mails were returned on the same day.
