Ahwatukee Foothills Real Estate Hot areas:
Summit at the Foothills Reserve Summit has started sales already, home sites are being released through a lottery the last lottery was January 8, 2005. The next lottery has been set for May. Summit has been limited to 5 home sales per month and then prices are increased on average $10-$20k. Click here to be notified of the next lottery drawing for this community. The may lottery will be the last for this community, after this lottery drawing, sales will be on a first come first serve basis.
Sunrise at the Foothills Reserve Sunrise has started sales as of March 12, 2005. Lots are being released through a lottery system, where buyers show up on the lottery day, sign in and have thier name put in a box, names are then drawn one by one until all attendees are given a number that they will be called in to write contracts. Tapestry at Club West Woodside Homes next great community in the Club West Area has begun clearing the land and preparing to build a great new townhome development. These semi-custom townhomes will range from approx 1500 Sq. Ft. to over 1900 Sq.Ft. and will potentially be starting in the low 200k's. Model construction is proposed to begin in May and Sales are hopefully going to start in September or October. Chandler Arizona Hot areas:
Sun Groves in Chandler There are several builders in sun groves, most of them are in thier close out phases. There are a few with home sites remaining most are being released through a lottery. Sunwest Trails in Chandler Sunwest's newest Chandler Community. Home sites are being released monthly through a lottery system. Buyers must first prequalify then they will be entered into that drawing. Buyers do not need to be present to win the lottery, but if not drawn must re-enter the drwing for the next month.

Power Ranch in Gilbert A Gilbert Master Planned Community. Multiple Builders are selling home sites in Power Ranch. Most are releasing lots on a monthly basis through a lottery system.
